Loved the bright interactions with the lively staff - and the daring design throughout! So refreshing after so many bland minimalist hotels. Location was great, close to the peaceful Canal de Brienne and a short walk to the sights around the Capitole. Very dog friendly and my first hotel to make only one charge for the dog for the entire stay - unlike most who profiteer by unreasonably charging daily. With parking too, it's my number one in Toulouse.

Everything in the hotel was of an excellent quality: comfortable bed, powerful walk-in shower, complementary toiletries, excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We liked that there was a bar too! Location-wise, the hotel is only a short walk from Compans-Caffarelli metro station, which is also one of the stops for the airport shuttle bus.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great too. Room was spacious, lots of storage and nice amenities, and we appreciated being in a quiet area. Breakfast wasn't the most amazing, but pretty good variety. Location is convenient, some parts of the neighbourhood look a bit rough but easy to get to the centre by foot.

Good value option in a quieter part of Toulouse, but walkable to city center, sights, or metro. Courtyard facing room was very quiet. The Staff were nice and very bicycle friendly set up in garage. Bed was comfortable and triple room had some extra space we appreciated bicycle touring (with single bed folded up against wall). Breakfast was pretty good.

Everything went well but the main highlights were the location of the hotel and a good choice of breakfast options. We stayed here last year and it seemed even better this year as our room was slightly bigger and it looked as though there was a bit of an increase in cereal options. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. As mentioned the location is great as it's near the canal which you can follow all the way to the old town and city centre.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which contributed to the overall vide of the hotel. The location was superb which made accessing everything very easy, either by walking or via public transport. There's a metro and a bus stop nearby. Me and my girlfriend got engaged here, so Toulouse and this hotel will always be special to us and we'll definitely be back.

It was easy to locate from the airport shuttle and in a quiet area of Toulouse, yet within walking distance of everything. The rooms were compact but of an acceptable size. The cleaning staff were really obliging and helpful. Most reception staff were really helpful too and well informed. Great that check out was at noon, a real bonus.

The hotel is situated in a large, main, tree-lined street with attractive traditional buildings, just round the corner and minutes away from the centre of the city. The location was very quiet and peaceful, but with all amenities very close by. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, polite and very helpful at all times. The hotel was very clean, tidy and well decorated, and the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The staff were very approachable and friendly at all times of the day and evening, if asked for assistance.

Modern classy hotel. We had an enormous junior suite. Staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Best breakfast we have had in a hotel for a long time. Lots of choice - cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit, breads and a hot section for cooked breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.
